Appointment as expert witness to local authority at Local Minerals Plan Inquiry regarding issues of Landscape Character Assessment in Marston Mortaine.
This appointment followed the production of a study on landscape capacity and sensitivity for mineral extraction within the mineral bearing parts of Hertfordshire after the detailed landscape character assessment for Southern Hertfordshire. Appearance at Local Plan Inquiry both in formal and informal hearings providing responses to objectors.
