Landscape and public realm masterplan for phase two of campus’s development on the waterfront of Ipswich Wet Docks, including preparation of detailed proposals for planning submissions and tender.
The landscape proposals associated with the academic and student residences include two new public squares, a central campus space and a residential courtyard. The project involved complex phasing, design and installation of temporary landscapes and collaboration with adjoining development sites as well as responding to flood risk and contamination constraints.
