A substantial refurbishment of a 1960s office building with a focus on wellbeing and sustainability. The development provides over 180,000 square feet of BREEAM ‘Excellent’-rated offices, retail and residential accommodation. Located within the Euston Area Plan and Euston ‘Growth Area’, the refurbishment aims to provide planting and biophilic design throughout the building, with office spaces arranged around a planted central internal atrium, five different planted roof terraces and pocket gardens at high level. The scheme includes improvements to the public realm at street level, green walls, water features and planting to the interior of the building, as well as the amenity roof terraces.
The building has achieved BREEAM Excellent accreditation and a BCO award for Best Commercial Workplace in 2023.
