Proposals for a 31ha solar farm in a rural plateau landscape north of Milton Keynes, close to the M1. The scheme needed to accommodate a number of rights of way including sections of the Midshires Way and Swan Way. A Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment was produced to accompany the planning application, and this influenced the layout and landscape proposals for the development. Photomontages were produced from agreed locations to illustrate the visual effects at close and middle distances. The scheme was constructed in 2016.
