Preparation of landscape masterplan for a 170-home extension to the urban edge of Great Cornard, including proposals for green infrastructure, a linear park, attenuation measures, and habitat creation. This was followed by the preparation of a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment and identification and refinement of mitigation measures to safeguard potential adverse effects, including culturally sensitive views purported to have influenced the paintings of Gainsborough.
