Scheme design, planning submission and Employer’s Requirement information for new campus spaces associated with a new teaching building and the extension of the existing sports building at the University of Bedfordshire’s Polhill Campus.
The project included input to the campus masterplan and site rationalization of parking and circulation as well as the creation of a new square and seating element as a social focus for the campus. This was followed by novation to the contractor’s design team, with site stage work carried out as part of the team for Kier Construction.
