Landscape proposals for the redevelopment of a brownfield site adjacent the River Thames and within the Windsor and Maidenhead Green Belt. Various development framework options were prepared for the site incorporating new residential units, a care home, leisure facilities, public open space and wildlife and biodiversity area. Work included an appraisal of the landscape of the site and surrounding area, identification of the potential landscape and visual effects of the proposed scheme, input to development of alternative options for the site, preparation of strategic landscape proposals, and negotiations with the local planning authority.
