Landscape proposals to improve park entrances, pedestrian crossing points on surrounding roads, and cycling routes (Waterloo to Greenwich Quietway) as part of the park’s overall improvements, with funding from a number of sources including the Mayor’s office. Other improvements included a skate park and reconfigured play space within the undulating park. The concrete plaza-style skatepark, with street features and half-bowl replaced the original metal quarter pipe to create a skateable landscape.
