Environmental planning, landscape, ecological and arboricultural services to support a Highways Agency ‘Major Project’ for the revised alignment of M40 Junction 12. Stages of environmental work included preparation of an EIA screening statement and Environmental Assessment Report (EAR) including coordination of specialist sub-consultants for air quality and noise assessments. Ecological work undertaken included: phase 1 habitat survey, protected species surveys and ecological reporting for inclusion in the EAR. Scope of landscape services included: development of landscape proposals from concept design to tender stage and preparation of a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment for inclusion in the EAR.
