The London office currently has a diverse portfolio of projects including urban regeneration schemes in south London and the Thames Gateway; public realm strategic planning and design projects, such as urban parks and links; university and college campus projects; primary and secondary schools; and residential development and masterplanning projects. We are involved at all stages of the design process from conceptual and feasibility studies, through to planning applications, detailed design, specification, implementation, and contract administration.

We are currently seeking to fill the following position:
Senior Appointment - Landscape Architect
Ambitious, experienced Landscape Architect with PGDip in Landscape Architecture (or equivalent) and at least two years’ experience post Chartership (CMLI). The position will be based in our London office and opportunities may arise for involvement in projects in our other offices in Norwich, Woodbridge and Bedford. We currently have a diverse range of projects across different sectors, including public realm, education, strategic and detailed residential schemes, renewable energy projects and green infrastructure projects.
We are looking for a creative designer with energy and enthusiasm, a clear vision and commitment to innovative design, who is keen to develop a key role in the practice, developing business and their own client base.
- National Diploma in Arboriculture, Degree or equivalent qualification
- a strong communicator with good graphic, verbal and written communication skills
- good interpersonal skills to enable effective working with clients, multidisciplinary teams and in-house teams
- a clear understanding and experience of all project stages and the design process
- experience of preparing technical reports and design statements (preferably including LVIAs)
- good technical knowledge and experience in production of detailed design packages and the construction process
- experience of delivering high quality projects to completion on site
- proficiency in AutoCAD, PhotoShop, InDesign and SketchUp
- experience of Vectorworks and BIM would be an advantage

The successful candidate will be expected to develop designs, reports and detailed information, with strategic guidance provided by a Director, and to be able to delegate effectively to other team members when appropriate.
