We have a reputation for providing high-quality, independent specialist planning services. Our chartered planners offer award-winning, environmental planning advice working alongside our other experts in landscape architecture, ecology and arboriculture. Together, we provide an integrated approach to managing change in the built and natural environments and delivering sustainable development.
We understand the commercial pressures our clients face and we seek pragmatic and cost effective solutions. Our aim is to understand our clients’ needs, so we can respond effectively to current challenges, including responding to climate change, managing natural resources and developing in sensitive environments.
Our involvement extends from policy formulation, site allocation, development briefs and feasibility stages, to the negotiation of planning obligations for both Local Authorities and developers. We have particular skills and experience in evaluating site constraints, Environmental Impact Assessments, Sustainability Appraisal and Strategic Environmental Assessment. We also have a proven record in producing evidence-based documents including Capacity Studies and Green Infrastructure Strategies.
We provide and present expert witness evidence at planning appeals (Public Inquiries, Written Representations, and Informal Hearings) and Examinations in Public for Local Plans.
